Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar


Tart and aromatic

Unlike our naturally sweet balsamics, this one is a classic tart vinegar with the subtle aroma and flavor of fresh oregano.  It gives a lovely lift to classic vinaigrettes.  Earthy and savory, we love it with chicken, lamb, seafood, leafy greens, summer squash, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

It pairs well with the following oils:

Garlic, Milanese Gremolata, Tuscan Herb, Lemon, Persian Lime, Basil

Unflavored olive oils


  • Combine with Basil or Lemon oil for a caprese salad.
  • Combine with Basil, Garlic or Tuscan Herb oil over pasta.
  • Drizzle over chopped tomatoes and cucumbers for a savory bruschetta.
  • Combine with Garlic oil for an Italian dressing.
  • Combine with Persian Lime oil as a grain salad dressing.
  • Combine with Milanese Gremolata for a Greek dressing.
