Apple Cinnamon "Pizzas" 

Our Vanilla Balsamic is great on all sorts of desserts.  Drizzle it liberally!


2 English muffins, halved

1/4 cup Butter Flavor Olive Oil 

1 firm apple, cored and cut into 4 1/3-inch thick rounds

4 small scoops vanilla ice cream

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons sugar, divided

1/4 cup Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar


Toast the English muffins, lightly brush them with the Butter olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.  Place them on individual dessert dishes.  Meanwhile, heat a non-stick skillet to medium high, add the remaining Butter olive oil.  Add the apple rounds and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and the cinnamon.  Cook about 2 minutes per side until they are just lightly brown. 


Place the apple slices on the muffins.  Place a scoop of ice cream on top of the apple, and drizzle on the Vanilla balsamic vinegar.  Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon if you wish.  Serve.
