Bal Flank Steak
balsamic Flank Steak

1/4 cup Pomegranate or Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dark brown sugar

1 garlic clove, minced

1 lb. flank steak

Salt and pepper

Combine first four ingredients in a large ziplock bag.  Add steak, turn to coat; marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  Drain marinade into a small pot.  Pat steak lightly with paper towels.

Clean and oil your grill.  Grill until desired doneness, about 12 minutes for medium-rare.  Let stand, covered loosely with foil for 10 minutes, before cutting in thin strips against the grain.

Meanwhile, simmer the marinade for 5 minutes.  Drizzle over the steak. 

Serve.
