Blackberry Ginger Ice Cream Topping

3/4 cup Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

Up to 2 tablespoons honey

1 pint fresh blackberries

Ice cream

Combine the vinegar and honey in a heat-safe container in the microwave until warm enough to melt the honey, about 30 seconds or so.  Stir to combine.

Place the ice cream in a dish and add the blackberries.  Drizzle the warm topping over the ice cream.

*We use this topping on cake, a trifle dessert, and even (when cool), on yogurt.
