Blackberry Ginger Ice Cream Topping
This lovely sauce is great on ice cream or pound cake and berries. Leftovers are great over your breakfast yogurt.
3/4 cup Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
Up to 2 tablespoons honey
1 pint fresh blackberries
Combine the vinegar and honey in a heat-safe container in the microwave until warm enough to melt the honey, about 30 seconds or so. Stir to combine. Add the blackberries and mix to coat.
Place the ice cream in a dish and drizzle the warm topping over the ice cream.
