Neapolitan Herb
Blood Mary

We've had customers waiting at the door for us when they've run out of their vinegar for their Bloody Mary.


6 oz. vodka

12 oz. tomato juice

½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

½ ounce Worchestershire sauce

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Ground pepper to taste

¾ oz. Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar

1 ½ teaspoons horseradish

4 celery stalks with leaves attached


Add ice to 4 glasses.  Mix vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar, and horseradish if using it.  Pour into a glass.  Garnish with celery stalks.
