Spicy Sesame Oil

Michelle in our PCB store is amazing with all things Asian.  She used this oil when she and her husband were in Japan, but she's now made her own version and she says its way better, using our fresh oils.  If you like spicy, give it a try (it really is good).

4 oz. Toasted Sesame Oil

2 oz. Cayenne Chili Oil

2 teaspoons Shichimi Togarashi* Seasoning or other spicy ground chili spice blend

Combine ingredients in a 200 ml bottle, shake and enjoy.  (It gets spicier the longer the chili sits in the oil.)

Use in a stir fry; add it to soy sauce for a dumpling dip; or pour it on any ramen bowl.

*This chili seasoning is available in many grocery stores these days.  And there are recipes for it on Pinterest.
