Cheesy Corned Beef Sliders
I frequently make sliders, but when I discovered our AVO Roasted Garlic Aioli, I couldn't believe the flavor difference. So smooth and just the right amount of garlic. You can change out the cheese and meat, but I encourage you to use the Aioli.
1 pkg. of Hawaiian Rolls (12 rolls)
1/3 - 1/2 cup AVO Roasted Garlic Aioli*
8 oz. sliced provolone
8 oz. sliced corned beef
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini, drained
3-4 tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove the rolls from the package and horizontally cut through the entire sheet of rolls and lift the tops off. Place the bottom layer on a baking sheet.
Spread half the Roasted Garlic Aioli on the bottom portion of the rolls. Add half of the cheese. Top with the corned beef and the remaining cheese. Spread the remaining Aioli on the cut side of the roll tops and place on cheese.
Brush the Butter Olive Oil on the roll tops and sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Carefully cut between the rolls since it's easier than when they are hot. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5 minutes to crisp the tops a bit.
Remove from the oven and re-cut between the sliders if they don't easily pull apart. Serve.
* Our vegan Roasted Garlic Aioli is stellar in sandwiches and sliders. However, you can alternatively use 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil -- it's nearly as good. I tried using actual garlic or garlic powder and they were too harsh even in small quantities for me. For different sandwiches, try some of our other aiolis such as Spicy Chipotle, Sriracha Horseradish, Everything, and Pesto aiolis. They're all good in a variety of sandwiches.
