1 12-oz. pkg. fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
Cook the cranberries, sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the skins pop. Add the remaining ingredients and cook another 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Serve.
Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar is a nice substitute
