French Dip Sandwich with Balsamic Au Jus 

1 tablespoon Garlic Olive Oil

2 cups low-sodium beef broth

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Combine the Garlic Olive Oil, broth, salt and pepper in a small saucepan and simmer until reduced by half, about 25 minutes.  Add the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and bring to a simmer for 1 minute.  That's it!
