Gourmet Grilled Sandwiches

Using olive oil place of butter makes grilled cheese easier and more flavorful. 


Heat a non-stick skillet to medium and add 3-4 tablespoons of oil -- flavored or unflavored -- and place your sandwich in the pan.  When your sandwich is golden brown on one side, lift it with a spatula, drizzle in a little more olive oil and flip your sandwich onto the second side.
