Dragon's Breath Hot and Spicy Pecans

These nuts are absolutely addictive.  Our Dragon's Breath Seasoning is not overly spicy -- we call it a tame dragon.  But it has great flavor and makes everything from steaks to chicken taste great.  Snack on these pecans or add them to salads, veggies, granola, oatmeal, you get the idea.

2 tablespoons Butter Olive Oil

1 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce or Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar

1-2 teaspoons Dragon's Breath Seasoning

2 cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine the first three ingredients.  Stir in the pecans and gently toss to coat.

Spread coated pecans on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Roast about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.  

NOTE:  Check on your pecans during the last 10 minutes.  They can easily burn.
