Israeli Chop Salad

A simple salad can become a meal with the addition of garbanzo beans, plus they're a good source of protein.  Try your favorite oils and vinegars in this adaptable salad.

2 cups diced cucumbers

2 cups diced tomatoes

1 cup diced orange bell pepper

2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley

2 tablespoons Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar

2 tablespoons Persian Lime Olive Oil

A pinch of salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and chill for half an hour before serving.
