Jerk Ribs

My sister makes these and they're my favorite ribs in the world.  I even asked for them for my birthday dinner.


2 racks of baby ribs

3 tablespoons Unflavored Olive Oil

4-5 tablespoons Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

Trim off excess fat.  Rub the ribs with the oil, then liberally sprinkle on the Jerk Seasoning.  Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Remove from the fridge and let come to room termperature, 15 minutes.  Preheat your grill to medium high.  Grill the ribs 8 minutes on each side and then 7 minutes more on each side.  Remove from grill.  Cut apart and serve.
