Lemony Lima Beans

2 cups fresh lima beans, well-rinsed
2 teaspoons Butter Flavor Olive Oil 
4 teaspoons Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
pinch of salt and black pepper
water

Place the beans, olive oil and vinegar in a pot. Add water so it doesn't quite cover the bean and simmer until tender. Check every few minutes to see if you need more water to keep the beans from drying out; you don't want the "sauce" to be too watery when you're done. Pour into a bowl and serve.

My beans took about 14 minutes. If you use frozen lima beans, they only take a couple of minutes. Just keep checking.
