Marinated Pork chops

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 cup Unflavored or Black Pepper Olive Oil

1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 cloves garlic minced

4 bone-in pork chops


In a small bowl whisk all the ingredients except the pork chops.  Add pork chops to a resealable zipper bag or large bowl and pour the marinade over the top of the pork chops. Squeeze as much air out of bag as possible and seal.  Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.  

Remove pork chops from the marinade.  Gently pat the pork chops with a paper towel to remove some of the moisture.  Grill 3-5 minutes per side.  Tent under foil 10 minutes.  Serve.
