

Mini Cheerio Donuts
If you're looking for the perfect Movie Night snack that's sweet and crunchy but on the healthy side, here it is. And it's ready in just a couple of minutes.
4 cups cheerios
1/4 cup Butter Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Place the cheerios in a large microwave-able bowl. Combine the Butter Olive Oil and vanilla, and add to the cheerios. Mix well and heat in the microwave one minute. Toss, and heat another 30 seconds.
While the cheerios briefly cool, combine the sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle it onto the cheerios and must through.
Serve.
