Parmesan Beans & Tomatoes

1 lb. green beans, ends trimmed

1 pint cherry tomatoes

3 tablespoons Unflavored or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

1 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup Traditional or Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Place parchment paper on a sheet pan. 

 

Place the beans and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.  Toss with the olive oil and pour out onto the baking sheet.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast 17-20 minutes.  Remove from the oven and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.  Top with the parmesan and serve.
