Pesto Pasta Salad

1/2 box penne pasta

1 cup chopped zucchini or lightly cooked asparagus or broccoli

10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 green onion, very thinly sliced

3-4 oz. mozzarella, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

10 pitted kalamata olives

1/2 jar Delizia Basil Pesto

Cook the pasta according to package directions.  Rinse and drain until the pasta is cool.  Place in a large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and combine.  Chill at least 1/2 hour.  Taste salad to see if it needs salt, pepper or more pesto.
