Our Blenheim apricot vinegar is delicately sweet and tart.  It's amazingly flavorful.  Try it on both green and pasta salads (particularly with shrimp added). Gently simmer it to make a reduction and use it as a glaze with chicken or cheese.  Drizzle it over yogurt, cottage cheese, or hot oatmeal.

 

It pairs well with the following oils and vinegars:

 

Basil, Blood Orange, Harissa, Lemon, Pecan, Tuscan Herb, Wild Dill and Unflavored Olive Oils.
