Our luscious Blueberry Balsamic is just as amazing over a garden salad as it is over fruit.  We love it on cottage cheese and berries, yogurt and pancakes.  Try a drizzle on hot oatmeal with a few nuts.  It makes a lovely cheesecake glaze -- just simmer to reduce by half and let cool before drizzling.  Toss in a handful of fresh berries to make it even better.


It pairs well with the following oils and vinegars:


Basil, Blood Orange, Wild Dill, Lemon, Persian Lime, Wild Rosemary, Tuscan Herb and Roasted Walnut.
