Our coconut white balsamic vinegar is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart, and filled with the clean, natural flavor of coconut.  It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine when paired with our citrus oils.  It's great with fish and shrimp, over cottage cheese or yogurt, in sparkling water, and try just a dash in a gin and tonic.  We also love it on hot oatmeal on a cold day.
