Medium-Robust Intensity


This classic Don Carlo is a perfect example of a peppery olive oil, showing notes of  radicchio and arugula.  It has a lovely body, with nice light astringency and bitterness and an underlying herbal flavor.  This is a lovely oil with stronger flavors like beef, tomatoes and onions.
