Our aged Fig balsamic vinegar is thick, rich and bursting with fig flavor. Try it on salads, greens, Brussels sprouts, and anything with gorgonzola cheese. Drizzle it over an onion tart appetizer or over figs and ice cream. Use it as a dipping sauce on a cheese tray.
