We finally found it!  The perfect focaccia that's no-knead and very easy to make.   This focaccia is soft on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside, plus filled with flavor.  And it comes with a sample bottle of olive oil so all you have to add is water and love.


We like the simplicity of this dough as well.  Just combine ingredients, place them in a skillet or pan and let rise 2 hours.  Then bake.  


And if you want to get even more creative, use a 13x9 inch pan and halfway through the baking process add your favorite toppings and finish baking.


Two of our favorite combos are 

--  Tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni

--  Pesto parmesan and mozzarella
