We finally found it! The perfect focaccia that's no-knead and very easy to make. This focaccia is soft on the inside and a bit crispy on the outside, plus filled with flavor. It comes with a sample bottle of one of our mild-to-medium intensity unflavored extra virgin olive oils so all you have to add is water and love.
We like the simplicity of this dough as well. Just combine ingredients, place them in a skillet or pan and let rise 2 hours. Then bake.
And if you want to get even more creative, use a 13x9 inch pan and halfway through the baking process add your favorite toppings and finish baking. Variation suggestions are included.
