A combination of chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin are used to flavor this oil. It's a popular combination in the Middle East and North Africa, but it also makes a great element in Tex-Mex cooking. We love it for fish, tacos, scrambled eggs, chili and hummus.
