We've combined our lovely Basil, Rosemary and Garlic olive oils to make our own blend. It's light but flavorful, giving that mild Italian herb flavor to your dishes. We love it on everything from salads to bread dipping to scrambled eggs.
It pairs well with just about every vinegar, but our favorites are these:
Blenheim Apricot, Blueberry, Cascadian Wild Raspberry, Grapefruit, Mango, Peach, Pineapple and Strawberry.
