This amazing oil is light and delicate with the light natural flavor of pecans. As such, it doesn’t add an overt flavor, but rather a subtle richness to dishes. Best of all, it is the highest of the nut oils in anti-oxidants so it is super-healthy as well. Another great feature -- our pecan oil can be used at high heat without scorching! We particularly love it with our Golden Pineapple and Raspberry Vinegars, but it goes well with almost anything.
