The high phenols are amazing in this well-balanced Hojiblanca.  Dominant notes of green apple and avocado with a lingering Szechuan peppercorn finish make this oil extraordinarily complex and harmonious with nice fruitiness.  It's another award winner from producer Melgarejo -- winning Gold Medals at the LA Olive Oil Competition and at the Olive Oil Japan exposition.
