Earthy and spicy on the nose, our deep, ruby red barrel-aged Pinot Noir red wine vinegar is very robust and tart.  Its lively character is absolutely amazing in a classic vinaigrette, in pickling, and for marinades.  If you prefer a classic vinegar taste, this product is for you.  Made in Italy with a fixed acidity of 6%.


It pairs well with all of our oils.
