Our semi-tart white balsamic vinegar is extremely versatile. It blends well with any oil.  For a classic French-style vinaigrette, combine it with unflavored olive oil, shallots and Dijon mustard. It's also great in cooking, cole slaw, marinades, aioli and pickling.
