This delicate floral and sweet Gala apple balsamic is delightful in sauces, chutneys and on salads. It has the perfect amount of acidity and true-to-fruit aroma and taste. We love it in slow cooker dishes and as a glaze for bacon. It's also great simmered into a reduction and drizzled over pork.
