Slowly roasted to perfection, our Walnut Oil is then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered.  Use it to add a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, green vegetables, fresh baked pastries, and it makes a great bread dip.  Shake up with equal amounts of our Red Apple or Raspberry Balsamic Vinegars for an unforgettable vinaigrette.
