We have combined 100% pure maple syrup with aged balsamic vinegar to create a perfect balance between sweet and tart.  Try it drizzled over ice cream, strawberries, angel food cake, oatmeal, French toast, pancakes, Greek yogurt or as a glaze for ribs or bacon.  Melt chocolate chips in it for a great cheesecake topping.
