Sauteed Rosemary Thyme Cherry Tomatoes
We've been impatiently waiting for the new crop of Rosemary Olive Oil and it's here at last. Fresh, fragrant, delicate and yummy, it was worth the wait.
For a colorful, tasty side-dish, saute halved cherry tomatoes in a couple of tablespoons of the Rosemary Oil. When the tomatoes just start to soften, about 4-5 minutes, toss in some fresh thyme and a couple of tablespoons of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. Add a touch of salt and pepper, and you're done. It looks spectacular next to steak or chicken.
