Breads with Love
I love, love, love fresh bread. This week, we added recipes for a Rustic No-Knead Bread. I've made it about every other week for the last six months. I vary the additional ingredients with herbs and other goodies. I'm going to try a cheese, sun-dried tomato and basil version next.
And do try our Naan bread. I'm really amazed at how good it turned out on my first try. While it's traditionally served with Indian curries and such, like our Tomato Lentil dish, it makes a great wrap or pizza base. I have a ton of figs right now, so I topped some of my naan with fresh ricotta, sliced figs and a good drizzle of our Denissimo Balsamic Vinegar. Amazing!
