Honey Ginger Snap Peas

1 lb. snap peas

1 tablespoon Unflavored Olive Oil

1 1/2 tablespoon Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add the olive oil, then the snap peas.  Saute, tossing often, for about 4 minutes until the peas are lightly colored.  

While sauteing, combine the vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.  When the peas are done, add the dressing to the skillet and toss. 

 

Put in a serving dish and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
