Sriracha Buttered Shrimp

2 tablespoons Butter Olive Oil

2 teaspoons Sriracha Sea Salt

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 lb shrimp, deveined and shells removed

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 lemon or lime, quartered

In a medium sized sauté pan over low heat, add butter olive oil and Sriracha Sea Salt. Allow the olive oil and salt to combine a minute while heating. 


Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes or just until they are opaque. Add lemon zest and serve with lemon wedges.

* Or as we've done here, serve them as fajitas, just add onion, cilantro, some salsa and wrap it all in a tortilla.
