Strawberry Mozzarella Salad with Chocolate Vinaigrette

1 pkg. spring mix salad greens or baby spinach

1/2 box alfalfa sprouts

1 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese pearls

1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup Blood Orange or Unflavored Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

Dash black pepper

Slivered almonds, lightly toasted

Combine the greens and sprouts in a large salad bowl.  Top with the strawberries and mozzarella.  Combine the remaining ingredients in a small container with a tight-fitting cap and shake vigorously.  Drizzle as much of the vinaigrette as you wish.  Top with the almonds. Serve.
