1 pkg. mixed salad greens

1 ½ tablespoon Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar

1 ½ tablespoon Roasted Walnut Oil,

     or Unflavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/8 medium watermelon, cut in 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

4 oz. goat cheese

¼ cup toasted pine nuts or sunflower seeds


Place the salad greens in a large bowl.  Combine the balsamic vinegar and oil in a small container and shake to mix.  Toss the salad greens with the vinaigrette.  Place the remaining ingredients in the bowl and gently toss.
